Atypical Arts, in partnership with Players by the Sea, presents a uniquely creative concert event featuring a live performance by Stew. The critically acclaimed singer-songwriter and award-winning playwright will perform live in concert immediately following that evening's Players by the Sea production of his play: "Passing Strange."

Stew wrote and starred in the ground-breaking Broadway rock musical for which he was nominated and won numerous awards, including the prestigious Tony Award. The response to the play was so overwhelming and struck a chord with so many people, that Spike Lee filmed the last few Broadway performances of Passing Strange for his much praised film of the play.
