On a recent blustery Tuesday evening, TAVERNA, San Marco Square's premier Italian eatery, hosted an elegant dinner for 25 of the city's top foodies and food bloggers.
The evening began wih a havd-crafted Moscow Mule cocktail, followed by courses of meatballs, buratta, pizza, ravioli and Brussels sprouts. The feast finished with coffee and a sumptuous dessert platter from their always-innovating seasonal menu.
After dinner, chef and owner Sam Efron made an appearance and spoke with the diners about the meal and more.
