CREATIVE SOLUTIONS FOR EVERYDAY CHALLENGES
Supervisory Series: Team Building Track - Effective Problem
Solving & Decision Making
Much of what people do is solve problems and make decisions. Supervisors and managers in particular are often "under the gun", stressed and have a very short for time to come up with creative solutions. Consequently, when they encounter a new problem or decision they must make they react with a decision that seemed to work before. It is easy with this approach to get stuck in a circle of solving the same problem over and over again. Therefore, it is often useful to get used to an organized approach to creative problem solving and decision making. There are tools that supervisors and managers can use to make objective versus subjective decisions. This program will help supervisors and managers solve problems more effectively as well as make better decisions.
