First Coast Technical College welcomes nationally acclaimed culinarian, television personality and New York Times best-selling, author, Chef Jeff Henderson, on

Wed., Feb. 20 at 7:00 p.m. ., in FCTC’s Conference Center,

2980 Collins Avenue, St Augustine.

Chef Jeff seemed destined to become another unfortunate statistic. Instead, he overcame overwhelming odds and became a culinary genius and an inspiration to multitudes, followed by a signing of his best-selling memoir, COOKED.

Proceeds benefit FCTC’s Fresh Starts in Culinary Arts, training for area homeless. Graduates of Fresh Starts will be credentialed and ready for employment or they may transfer into FCTC’s award-winning School of Culinary Arts, for advanced training.
