About 1,400 people packed into the Times-Union Center’s Moran Theatre Feb. 25 for Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater's four-act performance.

Ranging from the urban contemporary, “Home,” to their interpretations on classical — “Petite Mort” and “Strange Humors” — the Ailey performance concluded “Revelations” and the 1960 original Ailey piece that is the bedrock of the company.
