Since Folio Weekly started compiling the list, the amount of water used by the Top 50 Water Hogs generally has decreased, as is the case with the the overall numbers reported by JEA. But the Water Hogs’ use is still way out of proportion with the average amount of water used by a JEA customer in a single year: 108,000 gallons.
